That’s right….it’s holiday time. Cookies, cakes, bark, pies, truffles and yule logs are just a few of the special sweets we have available to order for your holiday celebration. Sweet Simone’s has a home at 40 Bridge Street in The Sweet Spot. We opened our doors on June 21st and have survived the first 3 weeks of our retail business. Thank you to everyone who has come to visit and try some of our goodies. The response has been great and business has steadily increased. I will be working on making some connections for my wholesale end of the business and I am taking orders, big and small, for all sorts of occasions. Please pass the word!!

A family partnership between Lisa Curtis and John Vitko, would work to contribute to the revitalization of Bridge Street and the town of Waitsfield. Sweet Simone’s, a place for delectable pastries and fine coffee as well as Scout’s Honor, a one of a kind ice cream experience, will be sharing a space in the historic building 40 Bridge Street and will be known in town as The Sweet Spot.

Emily and Tom’s Baby Shower

I had the pleasure of providing the favors for Emily and Tom Fucarile’s baby shower today. It was such a beautiful day filled with friends, family and plenty of sunshine. They are such a wonderful couple who will be amazing parents. Thank you Emily and Tom for allowing me to be part of your day.
